Belinda Perriman
With a vision to accelerate the production of low-carbon hydrogen to contribute to the energy transition, Belinda Perriman is our Chief Commercial Officer. With a scientific background, she brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience running major complex projects. Since 2012, this includes CCUS projects and business models.

Alexander Weber
Dr. Alexander Weber, our Chief Technology Officer, brings a deep scientific understanding to all that we do. He combines technical depth with many years of high level governance of companies that significantly contribute to the economies of their countries. He believes that Upstream Hydrogen can make significant contributions to sustainable economies in the future.

Luke Hawkins
Luke is a sustainability analyst assisting Convert Well with promoting Upstream Hydrogen. He graduated in 2024 with an MSC in Environmental Change and Management from Oxford University, and now spends most of his time working on carbon and energy projects for Pure Leapfrog.
